You need to purchase and download Stamp n doodle digital art files exclusively through www.stamp-n-doodle.com or through www.craftsuprint.com to insure you are working with and/or reselling legally distributed copyright protected Stamp n doodle files.
By purchasing Stamp n doodle images whether digital stamps, templates or downloads you agree that the graphics are the property of Stamp n doodle and licensed to you as a single user. They do not become your property but remain the copyrighted property of Stamp n doodle.
Terms of Use for Designer Resources:
- You may not use the image “as is”, you must create something new. *By NEW it is meant that you must create something as a derivative of the image, you may not sell it ‘as is’ or merely add a border, re-color, re size, or manipulating it does not constitute a ‘new composition’ . You may then use this image to sell for profit either from your own website or from a third party vendor such as Etsy, Ebay, etc. Your customer inturn may sell their cards for charity or for profit however they many NOT sell the design.
- You may not claim the image as your own. *Credit is to be given at all time on any item you design and in the written description – Original Artwork by Stamp n doodle (www.stamp-n-doodle.com)
- You may not share the image with anyone. *Sharing, giving away free or reselling, posting of Stamp n doodle’s image files "as is" from any current or previously published work is prohibited.
