Unmounted rates are:

Up to 100g -  $2.75
100g - 200g - $3.75
200g - 500g - $4.75
Lettermail rate DOES NOT include insurance, therefore we cannot be responsible for loss or damage.

MOUNTED STAMPS:

Mounted stamps must be shipped Parcel Post within Canada, as they do not fit through the Canada Post designated lettermail slot.
Rates are calculated by weight and vary from Postal Code to Postal Code, please contact me for exact rate.
All Parcel Post rates include insurance up to $100.00

Air Mail Shipping Small Packet Rate -  $8.95  - includes insurance.

All required Customs forms will be filled out with the cost of the goods excluding shipping and handling.

Although the vast majority of the items we send reach their destination quickly & safely, we obviously cannot guarantee that our Shipping Agent will not damage or lose your order. We therefore include insurance in the cost of your shipping for your protection.
If any part of your order is damaged or lost the Shippers Standard Policy for insurance claims will be followed. 
We will not to be held responsible for damage or loss to the goods when they are shipped with no insurance.

Lost or damaged items:
We at Stampndoodle take pride in our packing and shipping. We do everything we can to make sure that your items arrive safe & sound.
Sometimes delays are experienced with parcels crossing the border, due to customs, etc. 
Due to this factor our Shipping Agent requires a 4 week (30 business days) time delay for items to be considered lost and a refund issued.

Returns and Problems
The majority of our transactions result in happy customers, but if we make a mistake you can be assured of a no cost resolution and refund.
When the fault is not ours then we will work with you to come to the most amicable arrangement possible.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization.  Please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement (minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee), within 15 days of purchase.
Postage is not refundable

Clearance Items are never returnable
